»What is the cancellation policy when making a booking?
- Cancellations made 4-14 days prior to arrival date are subject to 50% cancellation fees of the booking value.
- Cancellations made 15-30 days prior to arrival date are subject to 20% cancellation fees of the booking value.
- Cancellations made 31+ days prior to arrival date are subject to 10% cancellation fees of the booking value. This 10% cancellation fee is non refundable and non transferable.
»Can I check in early? Can I check out late?
Guests scheduled to arrive early in the morning and wish to access their room upon arrival, are advised to book the night prior. Late check out requests are at the descretion of the hotel and are subject to an extra charge.
»Do you have inter - connecting rooms?
The hotel has a number of inter - connecting rooms. Requests for this type of rooms can be made at the time of the booking and will be guaranteed.
»Is internet access available at the hotel?
All rooms and public areas are equipped with Wi Fi internet access for a nominal fee. Furthermore, the business centre on the lobby area feature a computer work station with internet access.
»Do you have facilities for children?
Capo Bay's Kids Club provides a specially designed daily activities programme for children from 4 to 12 years of age. The club is open Monday to Friday from 10.00 - 13.00 hours / 14.00 - 17.00 hours and there are multi-lingual staff available.
