»What is the cancellation policy when making a booking?
  • Cancellations made 4-14 days prior to arrival date are subject to 50% cancellation fees of the booking value.
  • Cancellations made 15-30 days prior to arrival date are subject to 20% cancellation fees of the booking value.
  • Cancellations made 31+ days prior to arrival date are subject to 10% cancellation fees of the booking value. This 10% cancellation fee is non refundable and non transferable.
»If I booked Half Board what meals do I get?
If you have booked accommodation on Half Board basis kindly note that this is breakfast and dinner only
»At what time can I check in and at what time do I have to check out?
Guests are requested to check in after 14.00 hours on the day of the arrival and check out by 12.00 noon on the day of departure.
»Can I check in early? Can I check out late?
Guests scheduled to arrive early in the morning and wish to access their room upon arrival, are advised to book the night prior. Late check out requests are at the descretion of the hotel and are subject to an extra charge.
»Do you have inter - connecting rooms?
The hotel has a number of inter - connecting rooms. Requests for this type of rooms can be made at the time of the booking and will be guaranteed.
»Do you have rooms for guests with difficulties?
The hotel is equipped with three superior sea view rooms especially designed for guests with difficulties.
»Are safety deposit boxes available?
All rooms are equipped with in - room safes. Furthermore, our Reception offers a safety deposit box facility.
»Is internet access available at the hotel?
All rooms and public areas are equipped with Wi Fi internet access for a nominal fee. Furthermore, the business centre on the lobby area feature a computer work station with internet access.
»Do you have facilities for children?
Capo Bay's Kids Club provides a specially designed daily activities programme for children from 4 to 12 years of age. The club is open Monday to Friday from 10.00 - 13.00 hours / 14.00 - 17.00 hours and there are multi-lingual staff available.
»Do you provide baby cot?
We provide baby cot upon request.
»How often you provide fresh beach/pool towels?
We provide all our guests with fresh beach/pool towels as many times they wish on daily basis.
»Is your room service available 24 hours?
Room service is available 24 hours a day and a varied room service menu is available in the room.
»Is there a dress code?
The dress code for elea Restaurant is smart casual.
»Does the hotel provide taxi transfer from and to the airport?
The hotel can provide taxi transfer from and to the airport at an extra charge. The service needs to be booked in advance through our reservations department.

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Diners.
